Watercolor Guest Portraits

The current 2025 price is $900 plus tax and a travel fee (depending on your wedding location). This price covers 3 hours of me painting, finishing 6-10 portraits per hour. I also ship up to ten portraits to you after the wedding (you choose the photos and I paint them in-studio).

These are so fun. These allow me to serve more guests with my work, and many people get to take home a custom favor! This service provides entertainment and a custom touch to your day (;

details:

To reiterate, Live Watercolor Guest Portraits are currently $900 plus tax and a travel fee. I paint for three hours. I can paint for one extra hour, though there will be an added fee (please inquire if interested).

I require a signed contract and a nonrefundable $250 deposit (subtracted from the total owed) to book your date.

I can complete 6-10 portraits per hour- larger groups tend to take longer, altering that estimate. One method to create more portraits involves me only painting guests from the waist/mid-thigh and up; omitting the full-body paintings helps me paint more per hour. A few of the above examples are painted in this way. If this is a method you're interested in me implementing, please message me!

I will ship up to ten portraits to you after your wedding. This gives you a chance to send photos from your wedding gallery (or any photo) and have them turned into a watercolor portrait.

We will schedule a consultation call a few weeks before your wedding to discuss the details of the day. My email is always open for questions prior to this in-depth consultation.

All watercolor portraits are done on 5x7" watercolor paper, and an envelope will be provided for each portrait. When my time is up, I will leave portraits that haven't been picked up on a nearby surface- if a table is provided for me, I will leave them on that table. I will not chase guests down to deliver portraits. I will not paint any photos of guests that did not get painted within that time frame.

I can provide a table, tablecloth, and chair, if necessary.

If any of the above information did not answer your question, please inquire (:
